Hi!

I’m Nichelle Franzen Otto and have been an artist all my life. Almost two years ago I started my journey in stained glass art. My biggest influence is my dad, Dave Franzen, who was an amazing artist. He mostly painted with acrylics and did many drawings. If you’d like to see some of his art maybe I’ll post some but he has a huge painting at the Bear Creek Post Office in Rochester, MN that you can go see if you’re in the area. Because of his influence, when I got married I decided to make Franzen my middle name because I wanted to take my husband’s last name. So that’s why you’ll see me use my full name and why some of my art is signed “Franzen”. Anyway, anything I do that has to do with astronomy was definitely influenced by him.
